The Silver Jubilee of religious profession of Sr Elizabeth Iniappanavar and Sr Rosemary Yanthan was joyfully and grandly celebrated in in Tabor UFC Provincialate, Dimapur, on 20th April 2026, marking twenty-five years of grace, fidelity, and generous self-giving in the Ursuline Franciscan Congregation and in the service of the Church.
The Silver Jubilee of religious profession of Sr Elizabeth Iniappanavar and Sr Rosemary Yanthan was joyfully and grandly celebrated in in Tabor UFC Provincialate, Dimapur, on 20th April 2026, marking twenty-five years of grace, fidelity, and generous self-giving in the Ursuline Franciscan Congregation and in the service of the Church. The celebration began with the Holy Eucharistic Celebration presided by Fr. P.M John the Parish priest of Holy Cross Parish Dimapur, where the sisters and formees gathered to thank God for the gift of their vocation and for the many blessings received through their dedicated consecrated life. Their “yes” to the Lord, pronounced 25 years ago, continues to echo in the lives they have touched, the hearts they have uplifted, and the communities they have enriched.
Sr. Rosemary’s vocation has been a grace-filled journey of faithful response, beginning with pastoral and educational ministries, visiting families and offering a compassionate presence. Over the years, her generous service has found deeper expression in the healing ministry, through which she reflects God’s mercy and compassion. Sr. Elizabeth, too, has faithfully served in various pastoral ministries—catechizing, teaching, educating, and accompanying families—and now continues her mission as an animator and formator, nurturing and guiding young formees with care and dedication.
Following the Holy Mass, a felicitation program was held to honor and congratulate the jubilarians, appreciating their lives marked by prayerfulness, responsibility, cheerfulness, and deep concern for others. Their gentle presence and committed service have brought joy and hope to many. The celebration concluded with a fellowship meal, where all shared in a spirit of gratitude and joy, making the occasion truly meaningful and memorable.
