The Superiors’ Meeting was held on 12th and 13th July 2025 at St Michael Provincialate, Shanthi Nagar, Hubli, bringing together the community Animators, Bursars & Heads of the Institutions of the Province for reflection, renewal, and guidance.

The gathering began with a meaningful opening prayer led by Sr. Lidiya Cutinha, invoking God’s presence and blessings on the two-day session. This was followed by a warm welcome address by Sr Sophia Pereira, who extended welcome to the Resource Person Rev. Sr Irene Leena Pais UFS & to Rev. Sr Gretta Sanjivini D'Souza, the Provincial Superior, the Provincial Councilors, and all the Sisters present for the meeting and set the tone for the meeting.
The sessions were animated by the resource person, Rev. Sr Irene Leena Pais, who enlightened the participants on the theme “CONSECRATED LIFE – Called, Captivated and Commissioned.” Through her deep insights and inspiring reflections, she helped the participants rediscover the beauty and responsibility of their vocation as consecrated leaders. The meeting served as a time of grace, learning, and mutual encouragement, strengthening the Animators, Bursars & Heads of the Institutions.
A series of purposeful meetings were held to strengthen the mission and administration of our Province.
The Different Commission Meetings served as platforms for evaluation, planning, and collaboration in various apostolic areas, fostering renewed zeal and commitment. The Vocation Promotion Meeting focused on strategies to inspire and guide young girls to discern their call to religious life. The Orientation for the Superiors was inspiring. The sessions aimed at equipping the newly appointed leaders with the necessary understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
During the Superiors’ Meeting, our Provincial Superior addressed the gathering with words of encouragement, clarity, and vision. Her message emphasized the need for deeper spiritual rootedness, unity among communities, responsible stewardship, and a renewed commitment to our charism.
The YouTube Channel of the Province was officially inaugurated by our Provincial Superior. At this juncture, she said,"In a world where digital media plays a powerful role in shaping minds and connecting hearts, this channel is envisioned as a beacon of faith, hope, and service. It will serve as a vibrant platform to showcase the spiritual, educational, social, and cultural initiatives of our Province, and to share the richness of our charism with a wider audience."
The Superiors’ Meeting was concluded with the note of gratitude by Sr Philomena Lima. The gathering provided a meaningful space for sharing, reflection, and planning for the growth and well-being of our communities and mission. With hearts filled with hope and trust in God's guidance, we move forward to lead with love, serve with humility, and walk faithfully in our consecrated journey.
