Local AFFI gathering of Franciscan fathers, Sisters and formees was organised by Rev Sr Rita Vas, Provincial Superior and Team. The theme of the day was Franciscan response to the cry of the poor. The programme began at 9.00am at St Annes Friary, Bejai, Mangalore with registration and opening prayer.
It was continued with the cultural activities from different formative communities. At 12.00 noon was the Eucharistic celebration officiated by Rev Fr Basil Joseph OFM Cap who inspired the gathering on the said theme.
