The Extended General Council Meeting of the Congregation was held from 19 -21 December 2016 at Somarpann, Generalate.
Fr Vijay Thomas - SAC from Nagpur animated the Sisters on Spirituality of Leadership and stressed much on personal introspection, self-esteem, understanding emotions, right way of communication and above all leading our communities in the light of the Word of God.
There were group discussions on the points given by the General Council followed by reporting and General Information. The Provincial Councils sat together to prepare action plan on the theme ‘Spirituality of Leadership’ and presented it to the General Session. The Meeting concluded on 21st afternoon with a thanksgiving prayer and Congregation Anthem.
