AFRICAN REGION Golden Jubilee- Sr Edilburga Monteiro Silver Jubilee - Sr Irene Reema Dsouza
On 22nd June 2016 – Our region was blessed with two dynamic persons. We were overwhelmed with joy to celebrate Golden Jubilee of Sr Edilburga Monteiro – she is our role model to all of us dedicated and committed to the mission. Her love for the mission has been blessing to our region. She has a motherly love and compassion to the poor and the lost especially for the young girls. Her dream is to bring up the school dropout girls and give them a better future. Sr Irene Reema DSouza celebrated her silver jubilee; she is lovable and self-sacrificing person. With her love and hard effort she has made thorny bushes areas into beautiful garden of flowers and fruits in Stelling and Visiga. At present she is serving as a staff nurse in Nairobi giving hope and life to the sick and suffering.
