DECENNIAL CELEBRATION 2004-2014 July 5, 2014 was the great and joyous day to all the Sisters of the Ursuline Franciscan Congregation especially to the Sisters of African Region because they celebrated the Regional Day by cherishing the memories with gratitude of the Decennial Year of their Mission in Africa.
Thanksgiving Eucharist was offered by Rev Fr Bruno Chelangwa Secretary General and Chancellor as the main celebrant in the absence of Most Rev Dr Rogath Kimaryo, Bishop of SAME due to unavoidable circumstances. After the Mass there was felicitation and cultural programme. Sr Doreen D’Souza, Superior General presided over the programme. Sr Susheela Sequeira was also present on this beautiful occasion. There were also some other dignitaries too including the priests of neighborhood mission stations and religious priests and Sisters.
